Assessing alterations rather than relying on presentation
A freshly painted Brooloo home can still need close attention to its accessible structure. Tell us about enclosed verandahs, relocated walls or rooms that appear to have been added. The useful question is how the altered area performs and connects to the original building, rather than whether the finishes look new.
Before booking, request renovation records and clarify access to the roof space and subfloor. If a room is being used differently from its original purpose, obtain the relevant approvals and specialist advice separately. Our report can highlight observable issues and limitations but does not certify an unapproved conversion.
